From the 1 January 2010, the two private companies Eurotech Castings BV and Eurotech Systems & Parts BV have merged, forming Eurotech Aluminium Castings BV.

Through this, the close cooperation between both private companies is shaped further. In addition, this change clearly indicates the path that is being followed. Eurotech Aluminium Castings focuses on casting and machining Aluminium sand casts. Eurotech Aluminium Castings also often builds these into complex assemblies. We will inform our customers and suppliers in more detail about the merger. Since this concerns a legal sister merger, all of the obligations of the merging private companies are by law transferred to the new private company, Eurotech Aluminium Castings BV.
